Poor packaging and follow up customer service

Purchased 3 items, they were received and all 3 boxes were damaged and the bag one of the spray was in looked like it had been stood on.. followed up and they were quick to aus post transit first time I can say this wasn’t australia post fault it was in fact a rush from
The manufacturing team.. was too late to wait for boxes to be issued they were given as gifts and explained why they were damaged
